國立臺灣科技大學貴重儀器管理委員會設置辦法
97年7月18日第462次行政會議通過
第一條 為推動全校資源共享理念及貴重儀器設備之有效管理運用,並規劃、指定及輔導各研究中心、實驗室及其貴重設備之參與運作, 特設置貴重儀器管理委員會(以下簡稱本會)。
第二條 本會置委員七至十二人,由研發長擔任主任委員,其餘委員由校長遴聘校內教師擔任,聘期一年(採學年制),連聘得連任。另置執行秘書一人,負責本會各項規劃工作之推動。
第三條 本會任務如下:
一、規劃本校貴重儀器之購置。
二、督導各項貴重儀器之運作與管理。
三、規劃培育儀器相關人才,並得視需要開設儀器講習及短期訓練課程。
第四條 本會每學期召開一次會議,必要時得召開臨時會議。
第五條 本辦法經行政會議通過後施行,修正時亦同。

Regulations for Establishing Precious Instrument Management Committees
Passed at the 462nd Administrative Meeting on July 18, 2008
Article 1 To promote the sharing of resources across the university and to ensure the effective management and utilization of precious instruments and equipment, the Precious Instrument Management Committee (hereinafter “the Committee”) has been established. The Committee is responsible for the planning, designation, and oversight of the participation of research centers and laboratories in sharing their precious equipment.
Article 2 The Committee shall consist of 7 to 12 members, and the Vice President for Research and Development shall serve as Committee Chair. The remaining members shall be appointed by the President from among Taiwan Tech faculty. Committee members shall serve a term of one academic year and may be reappointed at the end of their terms. A secretary will be appointed to assist with the planning and implementation of Committee affairs.
Article 3 Committee duties are as follows:
1. To plan the acquisition of precious instruments by Taiwan Tech.
2. To supervise the operation and management of all precious instruments.
3. To plan the training of relevant personnel and to organize workshops and short-term training programs related to instrument use.
Article 4 The Committee will convene meetings once every semester. Ad hoc meetings will be held when necessary.
Article 5 The Regulations and any amendments thereto shall be implemented upon approval by the Administrative Meeting.
